Nikolakis, a true gem of Skiathos. Founded by brothers Captains Kostas Voutsis and Yiannis Voutsis—We are third-generation fishermen and our family have been feeding he island community for over 150 Years! —Our family tradition is as authentic as it gets!
Nikolakis is the very last all-wooden traditional fishing boat (Trehantiri) built on Skiathos, carrying with it the soul of the island and the stories of the sea. Guided by love for their craft, the brothers continue to fish in the traditional, sustainable way—using large whole nets that protect the smaller fish and keep the ecosystem in balance.
More than just fishing, their passion is sharing the beauty of this heritage. They invite you to discover the traditions of Skiathos, learn about eco-friendly fishing, and experience the warm, simple lifestyle of true island fishermen.

A small dog with a big personality, known for loving the sea and disliking pretty much everything else (especially people who didn’t belong on the boat). He chose his people carefully – and if you were one of them, you knew.
He’s no longer with us, but every net cast, every laugh on deck, and every sunset at sea still carries his name with pride.
